Created in 1948 by a bartender at Harry’s bar in Venice in tribute to the famous painting of a Saint wearing a delicate pink gownby Giovanni Bellini. This cocktail combines white peaches and prosecco, and is an authentic explosion of freshness, with every mouthful a veritable taste sensation.
THE RECIPE
Use a tulip or champagne glass and add ice cubes.
Mix 3 white peaches with 3 cl of sugar syrup;
Pour 3 cl of sweet peach purée in your tulip or champagne glass;
Add 10 cl of JAYA Prosecco Brut DOC or JAYA Spumante;
