JAYA Prosecco New Year Giveaway Conditions
By participating in the contest, the user accepts these terms and conditions.
The organiser of the contest is JAYA Prosecco (T&P Group Sàrl) Chemin de Burquenet 27, Case Postale 53, 1095 Lutry, Switzerland.
The possibility to participate in the above-mentioned action ends on 03.01.2021 at midnight (UTC+1). Only one entry per person is allowed. There are six winners overall (three for the Facebook giveaway and three for the Instagram giveaway).

The six winners will receive their prize by the 31st of January 2021.
The contest is in no way connected to Facebook, Instagram and other social networks and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by them.
Participation in the above-mentioned contest is free of charge. There is no obligation to purchase. Natural persons residing in Europe who have reached the legal age of drinking alcohol are eligible to participate. JAYA reserves the right to pick another winner in case the person does not live in a covered area or has not reach the legal age (a proof of identity mentioning the birthdate of the winner will be required).
JAYA reserves the right to disqualify and exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons. This applies in particular if participants attempt to manipulate their entries or violate the conditions of entry.
Employees of JAYA are excluded from the contest. The prize cannot be redeemed in cash. The prize will be drawn at random among all eligible participants. The winner will be notified by private message on Social Media. No correspondence will be conducted regarding the prize draw. The organiser decision is final.
