M\u00e9langer et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer l'huile d'olive dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter les \u00e9chalotes et le piment rouge. Faire suer pendant 1 minute puis ajouter les tomates cerises coup\u00e9es en morceaux.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes, lorsque les tomates ont ramolli, ajouter le saumon hach\u00e9 avec un filet de JAYA dei Colli Valdobbiadene Extra Dry DOCG et laisser r\u00e9duire pendant 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Ajouter la cr\u00e8me et assaisonner avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel marin, du poivre noir, l'autre moiti\u00e9 de l'aneth hach\u00e9 et le jus de citron. M\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez le saumon cuire jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il devienne ros\u00e9. Continuez \u00e0 remuer, vous ne voulez pas que le saumon br\u00fble ou se dess\u00e8che. Ajoutez au saumon un peu d'eau pour les p\u00e2tes ou simplement de l'eau chaude sal\u00e9e provenant de la casserole destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la cuisson des p\u00e2tes et, juste apr\u00e8s, ajoutez le m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me aigre que vous avez pr\u00e9par\u00e9 auparavant et remuez. R\u00e9duisez le feu de la sauce au saumon au minimum car la sauce est maintenant presque pr\u00eate, mais remuez continuellement la sauce. Assaisonnez selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition une grande casserole d'eau sal\u00e9e et faites cuire les p\u00e2tes jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elles soient \"al dente\".<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter un peu d'eau de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 la sauce saumon pour la rendre plus liquide. Continuez \u00e0 remuer la sauce car vous ne voulez pas br\u00fbler la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les p\u00e2tes sont \"al dente \"*, vous pouvez les \u00e9goutter et garder un peu d'eau pour plus tard. \u00c9teignez compl\u00e8tement le feu, puis ajoutez les p\u00e2tes au saumon avec un peu d'eau de cuisson et m\u00e9langez bien le tout sur le feu.
